The number of Americans filing new applications for unemployment benefits rose slightly last week and the labor market continued to show few signs of a significant slowdown.
According to” Reuters”, initial claims for state unemployment benefit increased by five thousand to a seasonally adjusted level of 217 thousand in the week ending October 28.
