ESG hospitality, the hospitality arm of ESG Stallions group UAE, has announced a joint collaboration with Hilton to develop the mallside residential and hotel complex from Curio Collection in Dubai Hills estate.
The complex consists of 18 floors of residential and hotel apartments, including studios and three-bedroom units, and a range of Retail, Food and beverage outlets.
This is the first project for ESG hospitality, the hospitality arm recently launched by ESG Stallions group UAE, to contribute a 51% stake in the project, and Montgomery private investments will contribute 49% of the mallside residential and hotel complex from Curio Collection by Hilton.
The mallside residential and hotel complex is located within the Dubai Hills Estate area opposite Dubai Hills Mall, and is scheduled to be completed by November 2026.
Royal real estate development company, a subsidiary of ESG Stallions group UAE, will be responsible for overseeing the phases of the project and its development.
