According to news reports, this new law was adopted in the capital of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre, where the bill was drafted by the neural network, at the request of the municipal councilor, Ramiro Rosario.

Reports indicated that the document was approved by the council, and it was also signed by the mayor of the town, Sebastiao Melo, pointing out that the council members, the mayor and the residents of the city, discovered that the neural network was the one who drafted the new law, only after its adoption.
