Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than AED 813 million.
The Department witnessed the registration of 216 sales worth aed604.46 million, including 18 sales of land worth aed95. 52 million and 198 sales of apartments and villas worth aed508. 94 million.
The most important land sales came with a value of AED 25.53 million in the Al-Barsha area south of the fourth, followed by a sale of AED 14.5 million in the second Al-Quoz area, followed by a sale of AED 7.6 million in the first Nad Al-Sheba area.
The fifth habiya region topped the regions in terms of the number of Sales, with 6 sales worth AED 17.39 million, followed by the India City Region 4 with 4 sales worth AED 9.12 million, and the third in Jebel Ali i with two sales worth AED 8.31 million.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of AED 26.6 million in the Palm Jumeirah area was the most important sales, followed by a sale of AED 25.14 million in the Palm Jumeirah area and finally a sale of AED 20.5 million in the AL Markad area.
Al Markad led the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 27 sales worth AED 77.45 million, followed by Al Barsha South Fourth District with 15 sales worth AED 12.89 million and the third in Burj Khalifa with 15 sales worth AED 38.56 million.
The mortgages recorded a value of AED 121 million, including 20 mortgages of land worth AED 31.27 million and 56 mortgages of villas and apartments worth AED 89.73 million, the most important of which were in the Safa Valley 5 area worth AED 9.2 million and another in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area worth AED 8.7 million.
As for donations, 21 donations worth aed88.32 million were recorded, the most important of which were in the island 2 area worth AED28. 25 million and another in the Palm Jumeirah area worth AED21 million.
