Argentina will push the repayments of loans due to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in July to the end of the month, according to “reuters.”
Argentina’s payments to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) total $2.6 billion for the month, including $1.3 billion due next Friday.
Cash-strapped Argentina collected its June payments in a similar fashion, paying partly in Chinese yuan because it ran short of dollar reserves.
Argentina struck a $44 billion loan deal with the International Monetary Fund last year to replace a failed program in 2018.
