The Argentinian President, Javier Milli, considered socialism as a threat to the West, during his speech on Wednesday at the Davos Forum, which hosts the world’s political and economic elites.
In his first trip abroad since his election, Milly criticized “social justice” and “radical feminism,” while praising entrepreneurs who he described as “heroes” during the meetings of the World Economic Forum held in the Swiss town of Davos in the Alps.
Miley said, “I am here today to tell you that the West is in danger”, advocating for free-market capitalism as the only practical solution to the problem of poverty.
He added that the West is in danger because those who are supposed to defend Western values have been entrusted with a world view that inevitably leads to socialism and, consequently, poverty.
The Argentinian president, who traveled to Switzerland on a commercial flight as part of his austerity plan, accused the Davos Forum of being “contaminated” with a socialist agenda.
Milly stated that entrepreneurs should not be afraid of the political class and parasites living outside the country, adding that “the state is not the solution. The state is the problem.”
The paragraph can be paraphrased as follows: The speaker addressed business leaders, saying, “You should know that from now on, you can rely on Argentina as an unconditional ally,” ending his statement with a shout of “Long live freedom.”
Some of the attendees gathered to shake his hand and take commemorative photos with him as he left the conference hall.
It is scheduled for Mila to meet with Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva, in Davos.
Argentina owes $44 billion to the International Monetary Fund, which welcomed Millie’s decision to lift price controls on some goods that were imposed by the previous government.
