Russian nickel exports to Brazil reached $11.1 million in July, the highest level since 2005, according to data from Brazil’s statistics office.
Brazil’s imports of Russian nickel increased 2.2 times in July compared to the previous month and stood at $11.1 million, according to data.
In July, Russia became the largest supplier of the metal to Brazil, followed by Norway with $10.4 million. In third place was the United States, with 7.3 million.
Russia climbed to third place from sixth with $28.8 million.
