American businessman Elon Musk, once again, tops the list of the 400 richest citizens of the United States, compiled annually by Forbes magazine.
“Forbes” estimated the wealth of the owner of “SpaceX” and “Tesla” at 251 billion dollars, which is almost equal to last year’s figure, when Musk also topped this list.
The second place was taken by the founder of the American company “Amazon”, Jeff Bezos, with a balance of (161 billion dollars), the third place was taken by one of the founders of the company “Oracle” Larry Ellison, with a balance of (158 billion dollars), while the fourth place was taken by the head of the company “Berkshire Hathaway”, Warren Buffett (121 billion dollars), and the fifth, one of the founders of the company “Google” Larry Page (114 billion dollars).
The sixth place was occupied by the founder of the company “Microsoft” Bill Gates, with 111 billion dollars.
Former US President Donald Trump left the “Forbes 400” list, where his fortune is estimated at 2.6 billion dollars, down by 600 million dollars from last year.
“Forbes” notes that the total wealth of the richest 400 Americans increased by 500 billion dollars compared to last year.
