London Gate and Franck Muller Unveil World’s Tallest Branded Residential Clocktower in Dubai Marina

London Gate, a developer based in the United Arab Emirates, collaborated with Franck Muller, a luxury watch manufacturer from Switzerland, to unveil in Dubai on Tuesday what they described as the tallest branded residential clock tower in the world.

Named “Franck Muller Aeternitas,” the 450-meter tall tower will be topped with a Franck Muller clock and will be situated in the heart of Dubai Marina, providing breathtaking panoramic views.

According to the developers, it is anticipated that the Franck Muller Aeternitas will be delivered in the second quarter of 2027, with an estimated sales value of over $544 million (Dh 2 billion).

The Franck Muller Aeternitas will be 106 floors tall and will feature an exclusive range of London Gate residences with prices starting at Dh 1.6 million. The developer has partnered with One Broker Group to introduce a flexible payment plan with a 40/60 structure, ensuring accessibility to this exclusive waterfront address.

During the launch ceremony, London Gate’s CEO, Eman Taha, stated that Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower will provide unparalleled views of Dubai Marina. “We are committed to continuing to bring the best residential projects to Dubai, launching exclusive properties valued at over 8 billion dirhams this year in Dubai.”
