The charge d’affaires of the Trade Development Organization of Iran, Mehdi negmi, announced a plan to launch a direct shipping line to Brazil and the selection of a trade consultant in this country.
Mehr news agency reported that Mehdi deghmi referred to the plans of this organization to develop trade with Brazil, saying: “trade with Brazil is very important for us, and this fact is supported by various conferences held in this regard.
“But the policy of the trade development organization is to increase the sets of export products, that’s why trade with Latin America is important for us,”stressed nigmi.
He stated that exports to Brazil do not enjoy good conditions compared to imports from this country, adding: “our lack of presence in the Brazilian market helped our competitors to open their place in this market. For this purpose, the organization follows special programs, one of which is sending the commercial consultant to Brazil”.
The head of the Trade Development Organization stated that the trade adviser of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been selected in Brazil and will soon settle in Sao Paulo, “he said.
He also announced the plan to launch a direct shipping line with Brazil and said: “We have a serious plan to support the presence and participation in specialized exhibitions in Brazil. This support will be different from the support we provide to attendees at exhibitions held in countries where we have a constant presence,”he said.
