The prices of oil contracts in the global markets fell at the close, on Friday, with losses of up to 2.4 percent.
Futures contracts for crude “Nymex” December delivery fell by 2.4 percent, to lose 1.95 dollars, registering the level of 80.51 dollars per barrel.
The prices of standard “Brent” crude oil contracts fell by 2.2 percent, with losses of 1.92 dollars, at the level of 84.93 dollars per barrel.
Oil recorded the second week of losses, as supply concerns caused by the conflict in the Middle East faded, while uncertainty over imports from China, the world’s largest oil importer, continued.
