According to the Saudi Press Agency reported on Wednesday, the Saudi airports holding company signed a memorandum of understanding with the Airports Association in Brazil, which represents all federal airports in the country, in order to consolidate cooperation and integration between the two parties in the field of aviation and management, which contributes to promoting the growth of the aviation industry between the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Brazil.
The memorandum included other aspects of cooperation such as exploring investment opportunities and reviewing best practices, innovations, technologies and mutual experiences in the field of aviation.
The signing of the memorandum of understanding came against the backdrop of the completion of the Saudi-Brazilian aviation conference held in the Brazilian capital Rio de Janeiro on October 2-4, with the participation of 21 Latin American countries and a group of international organizations such as the Air Transport Association and Airports Council International.
The Saudi holding company usually participates in the conference to strengthen relations with the international aviation community and highlight investment opportunities for Saudi airports.
It is worth noting that Airports Holding Company manages the airports of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which manages the operation of 27 airports within the kingdom through its subsidiaries, namely: Riyadh Airports, Jeddah airports, Dammam Airports and also, the second Airports Group.
