Engineer Najib Sawiris, a businessman, said that he intends to create an investment project in Dubai on an area of 15 million flat meters with investments of 10 billion dollars.
He added that it consists of two parts, one by the sea and the other golf courses and villas, in addition to a new city.
He also explained during a press conference held today that there are projects in Egypt that are being implemented in the north coast, Sheikh Zayed and the Fifth Settlement.
He noted that work is underway to establish 3 hotels in the pyramid and the north coast at an investment cost of 200 million dollars.
He added that the hotels are still at the design stage, and also explained that work is underway to establish a hospital on the north coast.
Sawiris pointed out that he plans to establish two projects in the pyramid area at a total cost of 100 million dollars during the coming period.
He pointed out that one of these projects is the development of the sound and Light project with a total cost of 40 million dollars.
He also pointed out that work is underway on the project of converting Takatak to work with electricity with a total value of 150 million dollars.
